As we do each April, we conducted our NPS Survey where we ask our clients how well we’re meeting their needs. The NPS is used by leading organizations around the nation as a way to measure the quality of a customer’s overall experience.
We are extremely excited to announce our NPS score from our April Survey increased to 77, from a highly respectable 74 points last fall! And when measured against other industry-related benchmarks, we’re a whooping +20 points to the good.

The NPS Survey also gives clients the ability to comment on their experience with CREtelligent. We regularly see client feedback come through speaking to the ease of using our RADIUS platform and the incredible service experience they’ve had with our team.
But let’s be honest. We also get some constructive feedback, and we take that to heart. We address each one, and the outcome is generally improvements with the platform or processes we can manage more smoothly for our clients. We love this feedback and use it to continue to improve our clients’ experience.
