Mark co-founded and developed CustomerLink Systems, ultimately selling the business to Intuit as a cornerstone of their expansion strategy. He has also served as CEO and COO for several other companies across a variety of industries.
Jim joined CREtelligent (formerly eScreenLogic) in 2020 as our Chief Product and Marketing Officer. Most recently he served as Director of Innovation for LuxerOne (Acquired by ASSA ABLOY OTCMKTS: ASAZY), CMO for Fanola North America (Now Bold Beauty Brands, North America), and CustomerLink Systems (Acquired by Intuit. 2016 NASDAQ: INTU). Jim is passionate about recognizing new and emerging opportunities and forging product and partner paths to get there fast and with flexible, iterative solutions that can morph and grow as market needs develop.
Stephen, the Lead Solutions Architect, joined the CREtelligent (formerly eScreenLogic) team in March of 2020. He has over 30 years of experience in Software Development, including 10 years as a Software Architect at CoreLogic (NYSE: GLGX). Prior to that, Stephen was a Senior Software Architect and Engineer building applications for National Defense, Flight Simulation, Mobile Forms, the NZ Police (contracting with IBM), Medical and for many other industries. Stephen’s vision for CREtelligent is guide the development and delivery of the best, most expansive Commercial Real Estate due diligence products in the industry.
Chris joins us with over 20 years of experience leading B2B enterprise sales, channel partner management, and business development. His experience and knowledge span globally, having formerly worked for CoreLogic in Australia, as their Director of Banking & Financial Services. Chris brings acute insights into the financial services industry, with a passion for developing and implementing innovative due diligence solutions, which will propel CREtelligent (formerly eScreenLogic) into a new realm of workflow solutions for the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Chris possesses a keen sense of how to build and scale highly effective teams with an eye for developing and implementing innovative solutions.
Tobi Lutz, joined CREtelligent (formerly eScreenLogic) in late 2019 as Chief Administrative & Experience Officer. Tobi is an intelligent, action-ready, executive with expertise in organizational development, leadership, employee relations, and management. Over the past 12 years, she was a strategic partner at CoreLogic, where she led a global team as Vice President of Human Resources. Tobi also played an integral part in their mergers and acquisitions deal team.
Christopher is a results-driven professional with 15+ years of business operations, sales, taxation, accounting, and client-relations experience with businesses ranging from early start-up and rapidly growing companies to Fortune 500 global multi-national corporations. After earning his MBA from USC, Chris spent the first part of his career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in San Francisco working with pre- and post-IPO clients. He later joined Ernst & Young, completed his CPA, and now focuses on business strategy and operational finance.
Rob joined the CREtelligent (formerly eScreenLogic) team in July 2016 as a senior environmental professional bringing more than 27 years of environmental engineering experience with him to the company. Working with investors, and lending institutions, Rob has completed thousands of Phase I ESAs across the nation, for property transactions, as part of the due diligence process. This work was performed as part of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. Property types assessed include commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, self-storage facilities, gas stations, automotive service, dry cleaners, daycares and hotels. Prior to his joining CREtelligent, Rob was the long-running founding partner and principal engineer of Central Valley Environmental Inc., where he cultivated innovative techniques in site investigation, groundwater restoration design, and construction management, which were implemented at a local NPL Superfund Site in Northern California. Rob presently leads the Consulting Services Team at CREtelligent where he actively manages, directs, and trains existing – and the next generation – of environmental professionals.
Anthony, our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), joined the CREtelligent (formerly eScreenLogic) team in December of 2018 to lead company business strategy & execution. He spent the better part of the last 15 years in executive and leadership roles at CoreLogic (NYSE: GLGX) and First American Financial (NYSE: FAF), most recently as the Chief Revenue Officer for FAF’s Mortgage Solutions Division. Prior to that, Anthony was a co-founder of CustomerLink Systems, a vertically integrated CRM platform service eventually acquired by Demand Force. He holds a business degree in management and economics from Sacramento State University. He views his role as CEO to evangelize the vision, raise & deploy capital, spread the ethos, and set the pace.
John, Operations, Director, joined the CREtelligent (formerly eScreenLogic) team in April of 2019. He spent 13 years in Client Education and Technical Integration at CoreLogic (NYSE: GLGX), with his most recent role being as the Technical Integration Manager. Prior to that, John was the Training Manager for Hewlett Packard/Sykes where he created a Training Delivery Methodology and Programs for all global call centers. John possesses a passion for creating workflow, process, and education of both internal and external clients.

An ETS is a limited-scope environmental analysis intended to identify Potential Environmental Concerns in general accordance with ASTM 1528-14. Environmental Transaction Screens are commonly performed for commercial real estate and recommended for low-risk properties where few risks from surrounding properties are anticipated.
An ETS can satisfy conventional loan requirements because it follows ASTM Standard Guidance E1528-14. Unlike a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), an ETS does not require analysis of the historical land use of adjacent properties. For certain properties these limitations on the scope of a Phase I ESA strikes the perfect balance between rigorous environmental due diligence and keeping transaction times and costs to a minimum. Please note the ETS does not meet the all-appropriate inquiry requirement of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and is therefore not eligible for the liability limitations the Act provides for.
