Who We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking nationwide Site Inspectors to facilitate onsite inspections on a project-by-project basis. As a Site Inspector you will provide accurate and timely data and photographs to support our environmental report process.

This position allows you to accept the work you want, when and where you want it.  We’re a great team to work with and value the ongoing partnership and professionalism of our Site Inspector Network!

Duties of a Site Inspector:

(but not limited to)

  • Property Owner/Tenant Interviews
  • Physically walk property to confirm property boundaries
  • Visibly inspect interior and exterior of structure and include written and photographic documentation of findings
  • Upload written and photographic findings via mobile app
  • Travel to site location is required

Skills and Experience:

  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly organized and dependable
  • Technologically competent
  • Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner with strict adherence to Company guidelines
  • Must be able to work independently

Additional Information:

Our base pay is $150 per project within your immediate area. If the site is large, complex, farther away, or we need a rush, we increase base pay appropriately. These inspections tend to last no more than an hour for average sized sites.
