Sacramento, CA – June 15, 2021 – CREtelligent.com, a leading commercial real estate due diligence firm, today announced it has welcomed Assessment Associates, Inc. (AAI), a Portland, OR environmental consulting firm into the CREtelligent network of due diligence providers. The move is part of the company’s overall strategy to expand its geographic footprint in the Pacific Northwest while enhancing its capabilities and expertise.
AAI was founded in 2006 by Michael O’Connor, R.G., the firm’s president and principal geologist, and provides environmental consulting and engineering services to the commercial real estate industry including banks, government, municipalities, corporations, and others in the Pacific Northwest.

Michael said in addition to the traditional Phase I and Phase II ESAs his team has offered he now can provide property condition assessments and inspections, various valuation solutions, and other environmental reports such as record search with risk assessments and cost-effective environmental screening tools. Also joining CREtelligent from AAI are Jeremy Wilson, environmental engineer, and Ruby O’Connor, project manager.
